Position Overview:

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will be a key player in the transformation of the metal additive printing market and work with stakeholders across the company to fuel awareness and demand. You will work closely with ABM marketing, Digital Marketing, Partner Marketing and the Sales team to devise and drive execution of the Americas marketing strategy for support of our MQL/SQL and revenue objectives. Your experience in field, events, demand generation, or campaign marketing, as well as your love for fast-paced initiatives, will benefit you in this role.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop integrated and comprehensive Americas Field Marketing strategies to ensure effective product positioning & promotion that supports our revenue growth targets.
  • Provide MQL/SQL and awareness metrics
  • Aligns strategic marketing programs including Account Based Marketing support, regional demand generation, and the management of events and conferences to support sales objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the campaign and content leads to influence creation and/or revision of programs repackage/revise programs to execute in region as needed.
  • You proactively map your own quarterly KPIs and goals to company needs, but also enjoy the ever-changing nature of startups and can adjust accordingly.
  • Must be familiar with digital as well as in-person marketing techniques and Martech systems like Hub Spot and Salesforce.
  • Partner with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts and discover and deploy top-performing tactics to create, develop, and close sales qualified leads and opportunities. Including localized/region campaigns, events, tradeshows etc.

Qualifications & Education:

  • 5-7 years in field marketing with experience in multiple marketing disciplines, including customer-facing events, digital campaigns, customer development, events, conferences, and email.
  • Experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional marketing efforts.
  • Ability to work closely with a distributed sales team and collaborate closely across geographically dispersed marketing teams and disciplines.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with third-party vendors and venues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a range of environments from a C-level executive dinner to chatting with practitioners at conferences.
  • Travel across the Americas (primarily in US at first) as needed for regional campaigns (upon return of travel).
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Hub Spot with ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent writing, PowerPoint and Graphic design skills and understanding of Illustrator a strong plus.
