The SDR Manager will lead the effort to shape and grow the Sales Development Representatives into a team of rock star SDRs and eventually Account Executives. This role will take a major hand in accelerating the New Logo sales team's growth and results through the development of strategic initiatives while driving your team to sales success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a team of SDRs, and partner closely with other functional teams
  • Provide coaching and mentorship on a regular basis to the SDRs on your team
  • Consistently deliver against targets - ensuring company goals, and objectives are achieved consistently and sustainably
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for assigned region
  • Provide leadership and oversight to ensure the team demonstrates and deploys resources expertly and for the highest impact.
  • Adopt and optimize the operations of the SDR organization (able to recommend areas for improvement in process and productivity)

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree is required with 2+ years of SDR/BDR management experience
  • Experience selling in a SaaS/Software environment preferred
  • Passion for sales with a competitive mindset and a proven record of success in a high-volume transactional sales environment
  • Managing teams working towards one goal through achieving individual goals
  • Experience with scaling an SDR team while fostering team development including programs that support a strong promotional path
