The Solution Engineer role at with my client requires a self-managing, driven, independent individual who will: Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing and Sales, and Engineering team, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap.

Responsibility

The Solution Engineer role at with my client requires a self-managing, driven, independent individual who will:

  • Act as a liaison between Product, Marketing and Sales, and Engineering team, sharing customer feedback to help craft the product roadmap
  • Partner with customers and the team to craft solutions that drive value and significant business impact; ensure that customers understand and become comfortable with the product.
  • Drive the discovery process, helping to uncover your customers 'current pains and align to their business objectives
  • Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and demonstrations that tell our differentiated story
  • Guide customers through the evaluation process, ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements

Requirement

  • 3+ years in a Sales/Solution Engineering role (or similar) in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with programming languages including Python/C; familiarity with AWS; ability to customize products to meet customer needs
  • Experience in AI model training and deployment, capable to work with clients' AI team directly
  • A deep technical understanding for how AI/ML works in a business context and deep experience supporting enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; an interest in delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Enjoys collaborating with colleagues across sales, marketing, product management, enterprise services, and engineering teams to help drive our success.
  • A consultative approach with solving your customers' business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical objections. Problem solving is important to you!

Bonus points:

  • Experience in startups or high growth companies, or desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
